How quickly will you get back to me?
For phone calls, immediately during office hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm). For form submissions and emails, within one business day — though we usually respond much faster than that.
I'm a job seeker — what happens after I contact you?
We'll have a brief call to understand your background, what you're looking for, and your timeline. If we have live roles that fit, we'll brief you on them straight away. If not, we'll keep you on file and reach out as soon as something relevant comes in. There's no charge to you at any stage.
I'm an employer — what do I need to have ready?
Just a rough brief to start: the role title, the type of hire (permanent or contract), location, and a sense of the skills you're looking for. We'll handle the rest in an initial call. You don't need a formal job spec ready on day one.
Do you work outside of Birmingham?
Yes — we cover the whole West Midlands region including Coventry, Wolverhampton, Solihull, and beyond. For specialist roles, we also place candidates further afield if the right candidate is open to relocation.
Is there a fee to register as a candidate?
No — registration is completely free for job seekers. We're paid by the hiring employer on a successful placement. There are no registration fees, no interview prep charges, and no hidden costs at any stage.
